OLATUNJI SHERIFF (LLB.BL)

Executive Chairman

Olatunji Sheriff a strategic and multidisciplinary professional with a strong background in institutional development, healthcare investment, and legal analysis. He combines strategic insight with practical execution, bringing structure, clarity, and innovation to every project he leads.

With a deep interest in strengthening healthcare systems and advancing access to quality medical infrastructure, he has been instrumental in conceptualizing and guiding impactful ventures such as Navada Health Facilities Limited and the Al-Hikmah University Diagnostic Center. His work reflects a commitment to sustainable development, governance excellence, and technological innovation within the healthcare sector.

Olatunji’s approach is characterized by analytical precision, systems thinking, and a cross-disciplinary perspective that bridges business, law, and social impact. He is adept at developing frameworks for management, policy, and strategy, ensuring that every initiative aligns with long-term institutional goals and measurable outcomes.

IBRAHIM MOTUNROLA ODOFIN

Non-Executive Director

Ibrahim Motunrola Odofin is based in the United States of America. He is a Nigerian American Citizen and one of the shareholders and founders of NAVADA HEALTH FACILITIES LIMITED.

He had his primary, secondary and university education in Nigeria between 1989 and 2005. He graduated with a Barchelor of Arts Degree in Philosophy from University of Ado Ekiti and also did his National Youth Service in Nigeria before relocating to United States of America where he studied Nursing at the American Health Care School of Nursing New Jersey USA in 2007 to 2008.

He also attended LPN Palm Beach School of Nursing in USA in 2016 to 2017 ASN. He has over 14 years working experience in geriatric nursing as a Charge Nurse. He dedicates his life to the well-being of the elderly.

DR. INNOCENT ACHI (FCA, FCIMC, FCILRM, HCIB, ACS, ACTI, ACICMR)

Independent Director

Dr. Innocent Achi is a distinguished banking professional with over three decades of experience in relationship and remedial management, credit and investment analysis, risk management, corporate, and restructuring and infrastructure finance. A first – class strategist, he has transformed underperforming bank departments into profitable entities and chaired several high- impact committees across leading financial institutions.

Academically, he holds degrees in Economics and Statistics, an MBA, and an Honorary Doctorate in Business Administration, alongside multiple fellowships from global professional bodies. His leadership excellence has earned him numerous awards, including five consecutive Most Outstanding Senior Staff recognitions and the Chairman’s Award for Outstanding & Meritorious Service at CSL/FCMB group.

Beyond banking, Dr. Achi sits on several advisory boards such as Strategy House Ltd, Oscorp Infrastructure Ltd, Oscorp Capital Advisors Ltd, Real Yield Capital Partners Ltd and JV Management Consulting Ltd. He is a sought – after facilitator in strategy, leadership, and change management, delivering impactful programs for top organizations in Nigeria and abroad.

MUSTAPHA KELANI(FCA)

Independent Director

Mustapha Kelaniis a seasoned finance executive and fellow chartered accountant with over 20 years of stellar experience spanning banking, audit, consulting, and executive management across Africa, the UK and the US. He holds a First Degree in Accounting and a Master’s in Finance from the prestigious London School of Business and Finance.

Mustapha began his career at BDO as an External Auditor, where he gained foundational expertise in audit and assurance. He moved to Intercontinental Bank Plc (now Access Bank) as an Internal Audit Officer, driving process improvements and strengthened risk controls. His journey continued at EY, where he joined the Strategy and Transactions division and rose to the position of Senior Manager, leading multi-disciplinary teams on complex transactions across various industries.

He then transitioned into the role of Group CFO at Great Place To Work (with operations in Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, Cote D’ivoire, the UK and the US) and later Quest Oil and Engineering Ltd, where he provided strategic leadership in financial planning, corporate governance, and business transformation initiatives. Mustapha’s international exposure was further deepened at KPMG UK, where he served as an Associate Director in the Deals Advisory unit, advising multinational clients on mergers, acquisitions, and corporate restructuring.

Currently, Mustapha is the Chief Executive of Stratenture, a leading professional advisory firm with operations in Nigeria, the UK, and the US. He is recognized for his deep insight into financial strategy, operational excellence, and value creation, and remains passionate about helping organizations navigate complex challenges and achieve sustainable growth. His key areas of expertise are Financial Strategy & Advisory, Audit & Assurance, Mergers & Acquisitions, Risk Management & Internal Controls, Executive Leadership & Corporate Governance, Transaction Advisory and Business Transformation.

OLABODE OLORUNTOBA(PhD, MBA, FCIB, FCA, FCTI, ACS, ACiarb (UK)

Independent Director

Olabode Oloruntoba is a holder of Doctor of Philosophy degree with specialization in International Business from Babcock University, Ogun State and also obtained Cum laude (Distinction) in Master of Philosophy degree in Development Finance from Stellenbosch University Business School, South Africa. He graduated in Accounting from the University of Lagos, Nigeria as a prize winner. He also obtained Master of Science Degree in Finance from the same University and Master of Business Administration with specialization in Marketing from University of Nigeria, Nnsuka.  He is a Fellow of Chartered Institute of Bankers, Institute of Chartered Accountant, Chartered Institute of Taxation and Associate Member, Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers and an authorised Dealing Clerk on the Nigerian Stock Exchange.

Olabode Oloruntoba is an alumnus of University of Stellenbosch Business School and Lagos Business School and has attended various programmes locally and internationally including INSEAD, France; African Project Development Facility on Business Consulting, Afrexim training programme on structured finance and various finance related programmes organised by United Nations Institute of Training (UNITAR) and Euromoney. He is also an alumnus of African Doctoral Academy, Stellenbosch University, South Africa.

Olabode Oloruntoba started his career with the Unilever International Audit Department. He subsequently joined Nigerian Intercontinental Merchant Bank Limited (NIMBL) where he cut a deep and broad experience in Financial Control, Corporate Strategy, Credit and Marketing, Special Projects, Branch Management and Investment Banking. With over two decades in Financial and Business Advisory, Dr. Oloruntoba is the founder of Financeme Marketplace Capital Limited and on the Faculty of Trinity University, Yaba, Lagos.

REMI ADEWUNMI(FCIB, MBA)

Independent Director

Remi Adewunmi is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers (FCIB) who holds an MBA from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife. He has garnered over 30years banking and finance experience with considerable exposure in Branch Management, Banking Operations, Lending, Risk Control/Management, Project Management and Investigation.

He has served in various committees of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN) which include Chapter Chairman, and a member of the Investigative Committee on Ethics and Professionalism.

He was also Chairman, Committee of Chief Inspectors of Banks in Nigeria (CCIBN) – the position he held for two terms. During his tenure he spearheaded the awareness campaign on the far-reaching control implications of e-banking products circulating in the Nigerian banking system from 2006 to 2009.

This culminated in a research paper presented by a selected team of experts from various banks locally and internationally which contributed to the fashioning of a regulatory framework by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN.) Remi retired from banking as a General Manager and the Chief Inspector of Intercontinental Bank in December 2009, having headed a good number of sensitive and strategic departments of the bank.

He is widely travelled and has attended various local and international senior management training programmes in Africa, Europe, Asia, USA, from prestigious institutions such as LBS in Lagos, IMD in Switzerland, INSEAD in France, Citibank in New York amongst others. He Currently leads a team of consultants operating under the name – Bilsworth Consulting Limited which specializes in Financial Advisory, Corporate Due Diligence; Forensic Investigation Services, Individual Background Checks amongst others.

The team also collaborates with both legal experts and law enforcement agencies in in-depth forensic investigation, professional interpretation of financial records and also acts as expert witness in sensitive cases. He has also used his consultancy networks in Taiwan, China and USA to attract investors to Lekki Free Trade Zone (LFTZ) Lagos, and NTC Iyaganku MSME complex and Oluyole industrial Estate both located at Ibadan, Oyo State.
