Nana Hauwa Atta  is a seasoned healthcare operations leader with over two decades of experience spanning banking, diagnostics and clinical services. Her career reflects a deep commitment to operational excellence, strategic transformation, and inclusive leadership within the healthcare ecosystem.

With a strong academic foundation in Business Administration and Industrial Labor Relations, Nana brings a unique blend of analytical rigorand people-centered strategy to every role. She led high impact initiatives that improved service delivery, optimized resource utilization, and enhanced patient satisfaction across multiple facilities.

As Chief Operations Officer and Director of Administration, she successfully implemented digital transformation strategies, streamlined workflows, and achieved 100% regulatory compliance across inspection cycles-earning national recognition through multiple Nigerian Healthcare Excellence Awards.

Her expertise includes healthcare operations management, human resource development, quality assurance, and stake holder engagement. She built and led multidisciplinary teams, developed SOP’s that drove accountability, and introduced performance systems aligned with organizational goals. She thrives in dynamics, mission-driven environments where empathy meets execution – designing systems that empower teams and elevate performance.

She holds professional certification in Quality Management Systems, Gender-Based Violence Response, Humanitarian Leadership and Project Management in International Development.

  • Led Harmony Advanced Diagnostics Center to win the Nigerian Healthcare Excellence Award (2018).
    As the COO of Navada Health Facilities Limited, she manages daily operations, oversee project implementation, and ensure operational efficiency across all business units.

Neemat Lawa

Chief Finance Officer (CFO)

Neemat Lawa  is a detail-oriented and experienced audit,
book-keeping and accounts professional with over 15 years’ experience in auditing across multiple industries, including Banking, NGO’s, Oil and Gas, and Manufacturing.

She possesses a strong background in account receivable,
account payable, book-keeping, and financial reporting.

She is adept at using QuickBooks and Excel to streamline processes and ensure accuracy. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics from the University of Ilorin.

Her technical skills includes: GAAP, IFRS, Full-Cycle Book-keeping, Payroll Processing,
Accounts Payable/Receivable, Bank Reconciliations and Reporting, Financial Statement Preparation, Budgeting & Forecasting, Cash Flow Management, KPI Reporting, Audit Support, Data Analytics. Her soft skills are Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), Data Entry, QuickBooks and Intuit Payroll.

She holds professional certification in Intuit Certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor I & II (2025), Intuit Book-keeping Certification (2025), Microsoft Office Specialist Excel (2016).

As the CFO of Navada Health Facilities Limited, she oversees financial strategy,
budgeting, and capital management. She also manages investment portfolios, funding arrangements, and investor relations.

Barakat Sheriff

Chief Investment Officer (CIO)

Barakat Sheriff  is an Alumnus of the prestigious Newton Venture Program, held in conjunction with London Business School and a Venture Capital professional.

She specializes in raising capital for early-stage startups
and solving difficult problems.

Barakat led investments at Future Africa, where she helped deploy over US$10 Million
across 50+ startups and established the Future Africa Collective, a global network of
Angel Investors.

With nearly a decade of experience in Africa’s startup ecosystem, she combines
expertise in fund operations , venture strategies, and storytelling to make capital more accessible and inclusive.

As the CIO of Navada Health Facilities Limited, she leads healthcare project sourcing, investment evaluation, and portfolio diversification. Her job also includes developing financial model and driving strategic partnerships.

Zainab Sheriff

Chief Strategy And Partnerships Officer (CSPO)

Zainab Sheriff  is a result-driven legal and operations professional with proven experience in strategy development, organizational management, and
stakeholder engagement.

Her career spans law, corporate operations, and administrative leadership, with a strong focus on process optimization, partnership building, and strategic execution.
She holds an LL.B in Common Law from the University of Ilorin and a Barrister-at-Law
(B.L) from the Nigerian Law School. She has worked with leading legal firms, including Ahmed Raji & Co and ALN Nigeria | Aluko & Oyebode, where she supported legal research, case strategy, and compliance documentation.

Zainab has also excelled in operations and executive support roles across multiple
sectors. Her previous roles as Executive Assistant at HumAngle Media and Personal Assistant to UX Researcher Lade Tawak strengthened her expertise in workflow
management, project coordination, and stakeholder communication.

She holds certifications from the ALX Virtual Assistant Program and the McKinsey
Forward Program, with core competencies in project management, strategic planning, and data-driven decision-making.

As the Chief Strategy and Partnerships Officer of Navada Health Facilities Limited,
Zainab oversees corporate strategy, business development, and institutional
partnerships. She leads initiatives focused on organizational growth, operational
excellence, and sustainable collaboration with key industry stakeholders.

Her professional expertise includes strategic planning, partnership management,
workflow design, and operational efficiency.

Zeenat Oyebanji

Chief Technology And Innovation Officer (CTIO)

Zeenat Oyebanji is a biomedical engineer with a strong background in medical device design, digital health innovation, and clinical technology integration. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from University of Texas at Austin, where she gained hands-on experience developing advanced biomaterials and medical devices to improve tissue regeneration and surgical outcomes.

During her time at the University of Texas, she led a bioengineering design team focused on improving pediatric surgical tools. Working closely with perfusionists, she helped design a safer, more effective device for pediatric procedures – an experience that deepened her commitment to clinically driven innovation.

In an additional professional role, she actively contributes to team meetings and case discussions, enhancing the quality of clinical analysis. She is completing advanced training in device systems and clinical protocols to ensure readiness for upcoming trials and continues to develop expertise in device configuration, optimization and troubleshooting to support reliable clinical performance. Her work also includes providing on-site technical and procedural expertise for medical device trials and fostering strong collaborations with clinical leads and physicians during procedure and case reviews.

At Navada, she oversees the deployment of medical technology solutions, digital health innovations, and infrastructure modernization across the health system

Rabiu Olawale Kazeem

Chief Projects & Infrastructure Officer (CPIO)

Rabiu Olawale Kazeem  is a graduate of Kwara State University. He graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) Degree. He has handled different projects in the engineering field including healthcare projects.

He was the Facility Manager at Harmony Advanced Diagnostic Centre (HADC) Ilorin and has a wealth of experience in project management and infrastructure development. Kazeem is a member of the Nigeria Society of Engineers (NSE) and a member of the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN).

His personal attributes include eagerness and ability to learn, apply and retain new
skills, willingness to follow procedures and ability to analyze problems logically and
quickly, and professional and effective communication skills. He adapts to new situation and circumstances and geographical workplace flexibility and a good team player.

At Navada, he supervises facility planning, design construction, and management. He is also responsible for ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.
